        Patricia O’Brien has been working at NMH for 16 years. Patricia currently resides behind the circulation desk as the head circulation librarian.

I asked her what her favorite part of working in Schauffler was and she said “My favorite part is probably working with people that I enjoy spending time with and talking with students about new books and movies”.

 Pat’s favorite genre of book is fiction with her favorite book being At Swim Two Boys by Jamie O’Neil.

Meet Hank Wang!

For the past year this cheerful man has volunteered his time twice per week at the library.  He checks for shelving accuracy and looks for missing books.  He works at the circulation checking out materials to patrons, organizes magazines, and pretty much will try his hand at anything asked of him.

When not at the library Hank is taking English language class at the International Language Institute in Northampton and enjoying NMH with his wife Jing Lui and son Kevin, NMH ‘13.

Workjob student, Isaac C.

Isaac’s workjob in the Library includes checking out books, organizing newspapers, and being our Lounge Lizard blogger. Look for him at the circulation desk on Friday morning and afternoons.

Isaac: “I am a 4-year day student senior from Hayden (the best dorm on campus). I work in teh library at the circulation desk and I do the Lounge Lizard blog. ”
